What is an Elopement?

Our Elopement package is all inclusive, intimate ceremony with 10 guests or less. Package includes a wedding planner, an officiant, photography, ceremony florals, bouquet and boutonnieres.

Can we choose our vendors?

Our creative vendor partners are vetted, professional who are insured and have been selected to be able to provide you and your guests with the best wedding experience. Couples will be able to choose a photographer based on their style.

Can we bring our own vendors?

You can bring your own officiant and photographer for our Elegant Elopement package; however, we do not allow for outside vendors for our Mini and Micro packages.

How do we sign-up for a date?

To get started, simply complete the contact form and we will be touch. Getting started requires a signed contract and a nonrefundable deposit.

What is a Micro Wedding

A Micro Wedding is a wedding with 30 or fewer guests that is a stripped-down version of a traditional wedding with the focus being on your ceremony. Micro weddings last under 2 hours and ends with an intimate, short reception to celebrate your ceremony with small bites and drinks photos to mark the occasion.

Can we upgrade our florals?

Absolutely! Our florals are designed to fit perfectly with each package, design and theme. But should you wish to upgrade your ceremony, centerpieces or personal florals—you can absolutely do so! Just let us know and we will work with our pro designer to create something special for you!

Are you available for larger weddings of 100 guests or more?

Yes, absolutely! We offer full, partial, and month-of coordination through our sister company, Always Creating Studio Weddings & Events, including event and floral design, styling and decor.

What is a Mini Wedding?

A Mini Wedding is a wedding with less than 50 guests that still has all the creative design and traditional wedding details on an intimate scale. You will celebrate your ceremony with your closest friends and family followed by dining with a meal, drinks, and light entertainment.

Do you travel for Elopement?

Yes! We absolutely LOVE to travel. With a small fee for travel + accommodations, our pro wedding planner and designer will travel to any location. Our passports are ready!!

You don’t have our date listed. Can we pick our date?

Yes, absolutely! We have selected some popular wedding dates, but if you have a specific date you wish to marry on, please feel free to let us know. Dates are first come, first serve and based on availability. Dates book fast, so please don’t wait to inquire about your date.

We have a venue. Can we still use your package?

Yes, absolutely! Although we have partnered with some of the most beautiful venues, we welcome others that fit your style and vibe. Simply indicate your venue of choice when you submit your interest form.

What is your plan for guest safety during COVID-19?

Our #1 priority is the health and safety of our clients, their guests, our staff and we will follow ALL Center for Disease Control (CDC) and Virginia government guidelines on social distancing at small and large gatherings. We will not deviate from guidelines set forth by authorities.

With that said, we have clear and ongoing mitigation guidance to plan, prepare, and respond to COVID-19. Social distancing, face mask, hand washing, disinfecting will be practiced at all times.

We have establish relationships with our strategic vendor partners who have all been diligently cleaning and taking steps to ensure client safety at weddings and events. We will collaborate and coordinate with them on broader planning efforts to carryout our ongoing mitigation guidance.

We do advice that if you and/or someone on your guest list is sick that you are REQUIRED to disclose to us asap even if the person had COVID and is now doing well. We can to protect our staff and your other guests. Transparency, trust, and information sharing are all part of our community approach to keeping everyone safe.
